I graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2022 with a degree in computer science. Although I pursued a STEM degree, I always knew I wanted to have a career in which I could apply my technical skills towards something creative. Throughout college I prioritized computer graphics and animation courses, and in the course CNM 190 worked in a small team to develop a 60-second 3D animated short, Noodles. I also was a member of the UC Berkeley Undergraduate Graphics Group, UCBUGG, and served as an instructor in our student-run course guiding students throughout the process of developing a 3D animated short film.

 

In my final semester of college I was a technical direction intern at DreamWorks Animation, and after graduating I continued on as a full-time technical director in the lighting department at DreamWorks in feature production. My films credits include Trolls Band Together and Kung Fu Panda 4. 

 

I am now looking for a new role, and hope to continue to use my technical skills to create vibrant virtual worlds and tell interesting stories.
